Attention Wine Club Members - Fall Shipment

Dear Wine Club Members,

With fall upon us once more, we are eager to welcome the fruits of harvest. Here at Sextant we are excited to say that September also means it’s time for the second Wine Club shipment of the year! Your fall shipment will include four bottles for our Captain level members, and three for our First Mates. In this shipment we’ve packed newly released vintages of some of our favorite reds. If you enjoy our wines enough to share, then take advantage of the 30/30 Discount Period to stock your cellar and remember that the holidays are fast approaching!

Payment Card Update:

Please ensure that your payment card information, as well as your billing and shipping addresses, are up-to-date by logging into your account on our website. In order to receive your club shipment, please verify this information by Monday, September 3rd.

Important Dates:

	All Sextant Wine Club shipments will be available for pickup starting Saturday, September 8th at our Edna Valley location at 1653 Old Price Canyon Road, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
		Billing Date – Monday, September 3rd
		Shipping Date – (weather permitting) – September 10th
		Pick-Up Period – September 8th - October 14th
		After October 14th, all remaining shipments will be sent to the shipping address on file during the week of October 15th. The payment card you’ve provided will be charged an applicable shipping cost. If you wish for your shipment to be held and combined with your November shipment, then we must add a $5 fee for storage.
	To pick up your shipment from our Estate Winery in Paso Robles, please call Megan at 805-542-0133 or email her at concierge@sextantwines.com. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can make sure that your shipment will be available.
