2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, El Pomar

Fruit sourced from the best Cabernet Sauvignon blocks of our estate vineyard. These blocks were small lot fermentations allowing complete control of the wine making process. Aged in 100% new French Oak for 21 months. This wine shows that the El Pomar district of Paso Robles is a premier producer of Cabernet Sauvignon.
