2017 Paris Valley Road Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc is often used as a blending grape but is lovely as a stand-alone varietal. You are introduced with aromas of tobacco and baking spices with hints of black cherry. Upon entry, our Cabernet Franc displays an earthy component with dried herbs and eucalyptus flavors, which lead to notes of rhubarb pie and sweet maraschino cherries. Well integrated tannins will continue to soften over time. 245 cases produced.
