2017 Paris Valley Road Paso Robles Merlot
Nice oak presence and darker fruit profiles let you know this isn’t your typical merlot. Dark fruit carries into the flavor profile with plums, and tart black berry on the entry. Then move to the sweeter side with red raspberry preserve/pie filling. Medium body, good tannin structure that carries all the way to the finish.
