2018 Paris Valley Road Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker Notes
While we try our best to keep our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon composed of its namesake grape, the 2018 vintage called for an exception. The addition of Petit Verdot gives this Cab the right amount of depth in the profile, making this wine truly spectacular. Sourced from the best blocks grown in the El Pomar sub-appellation of Paso Robles, our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 18 months in 50% new French oak and made using traditional winemaking practices.
