This Syrah based rosé is crisp and explodes with aromas of grapefruit, flower blossom, tropical characters and bubblegum. On the palate are hints of lemon zest and stone fruit that carry through to a refreshing finish.

The Syrah for our Rosé was grown specifically for this program. Picked early for natural acidity and sent direct to press, it’s combined with red wine saignée from the Estate Chalk Knoll Vineyard in San Ardo to obtain a light blush color. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel and no Malolactic fermentation, this wine is ready to enjoy now.
