2020 Octant Bordeaux Blend
This bold Bordeaux blend is a bouquet of aromas, highlighted by muddled raspberry and blackberry, bright floral notes of violet, and maple syrup. Big, juicy, dark plum flavors open on the palate and build to a smooth finish highlighted by blackcurrant. This wine has bold tannins and excellent acidity, allowing it to age gracefully for years to come. 300 cases produced.

Winemaker Notes
Octant is one of the most fun and rewarding wines for the team to make. After tasting our Bordeaux varietals, we experiment and refine the blends to showcase the best fruit from the vintage. Petite Verdot and Malbec showed particularly well in 2020, and when blended with the bold barrels of Cabernet, we knew we had the one! Each varietal was aged separately in French oak for 20 months before we blended and bottled.
