2020 Paris Valley Road Cabernet Sauvignon
Everything we had hoped for in producing a common varietal in a cool-climate style. The aroma is jam-packed with fresh strawberries and fruit roll-up candy character. On the palate is a wave of fresh cranberries, Bing cherries, and shavings of oak and cedar. Acidity, fresh red fruits, and minerality highlight this bright cabernet.

Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Chalk Knoll Vineyard in the San Lucas AVA, where sloping hillsides offer healthy soils and canopies to support optimal grape growth. Our rigorous sorting process
ensures only the highest quality fruit enters our tanks, and a state-of-the-art pump-over system extracts maximum color and flavor while gently progressing the fruit through fermentation.
