Winemaker Notes
Our Fleur D’Orange is fermented cold with a maximum
threshold of 50 F to preserve the delicate aroma while slowly and
precisely converting sugar to alcohol. We then fortify the wine with Brandy
to create a classic dessert wine experience. 75% Orange Muscat, 24% Grenache Blanc, 1% Chardonnay.
