2020 Paris Valley Road CC Sauvignon Blanc
Leading with aromas of white peach, ripe pear, and peach ring candy, this medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc bursts with bright acidity along with flavors of yellow nectarine and white peach in the mouth. Slate and minerality characteristics are rounded out by the creamy finish.

Winemaker Notes
Made with fruit from the El Pomar District of Paso Robles, handpicked in the cool morning hours to preserve its natural acid and bright fruit flavors. Aged in 20% new Acacia oak barrels, with no malolactic fermentation. 80% Sauvignon Blanc is blended with 20% Grenache Blanc to create our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc.
