2020 Paris Valley Road Zinfandel

This wine is a classic representation of Zinfandel. Juicy plums and blueberry fruits dominate the aroma. The palate is full of apricot and red cherry flavors, giving it the “jammy” profile synonymous with Zin. We place our spin on this wine by using a small percentage of French oak, creating the right amount of char to leave a note of tobacco on the finish.
