Winemaker Notes
We like to put our Côtes du Rhône hat on each year when we create Passage, our true GSM. When composing this blend, we focus on finding the most balanced barrels in our Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre lots. This blend showcases the boldness of Syrah with rich fruit tones on the aroma, the delicacy of Grenache with balanced acidity, and the spice of Mourvèdre with a balanced tannin structure all the way through.
