2020 Sextant X-Series Caladoc

Grenache and Malbec, two unique varietals, are married in the nursery to create Caladoc. The earthiness of this varietal is highlighted in the hints of potpourri and fresh potting soil, as notes of red plum and cranberry begin to open up. A chalky, flint-like tannin structure forms on the front palate and slowly builds to flavors of blueberry jam and ripe fig.
