2020 Windemere Dry Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Established as an AVA in 1983, Dry Creek Valley includes more than 9,000 vineyard acres and 60 wineries, one deli, and no traffic lights. Most new plantings follow the traditional head-trained style. Cabernet Sauvignon is under-appreciated here, despite first-class examples. Our Sonoma cabernet exhibits dark cobbled fruits, hints of clove, blackberry and cranberry. Bright acidity on the entry followed by smooth, building tannin structure.
