2021 Paris Valley Road Chenin Blanc
The color of this wine is extraordinary—a bright yellow straw that holds in the glass and the bottle. Delicate aromas of fresh lemon zest and subtle floral notes mirror the experience on the palate—lemongrass and grapefruit flavors transition to luscious white peach and pear in the mid-palate. A dry, crisp finish with slate undertones hearkens back to the concrete tank fermentation.

Winemaker Notes
2021 was the first harvest of fruit grown on our newly replanted estate vineyard. Our red wines made that year are still going through their maturation process in the cellar, so this lovely white is the first bottle of estate-grown wine to be released. With a natural and bright acidity, our Chenin Blanc is fermented and aged in a concrete tank for six months for added depth and character. Before bottling, 84% Chenin Blanc, 15% Grenache Blanc and 1% Chardonnay are blended to create our 2021 Chenin Blanc.
