2021 Paris Valley Road Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc
The aroma is packed with tropical fruit notes. Fresh pineapple and sweet green honeydew melon are followed by a hint of slate from the steel on the finish. Meyer lemon and ruby grapefruit brighten the flavor on the palate without becoming tart. This easy drinker is light on the finish after aging in full stainless steel.

Our Central Coast Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from fruit grown within our estate vineyards. Each lot was picked early and fermented in full stainless steel with little to no secondary fermentation to preserve bright, natural acidity and promote the wine’s fruit flavor.
