2021 Paris Valley Road Malbec Rosé
When you start with a venerable and flavorful varietal for rosé, you get a striking hue and a fragrant bouquet of irises and vanilla. Strawberries, raspberries, and peaches at the front palate are followed by nuanced baking spice and sage notes. It’s a porch, patio, balcony, or backyard deck wine to enjoy on a cool spring afternoon.

Winemaker Notes
2021 is an exciting vintage for Paris Valley Road as it was the first year we used estate-grown fruit as the primary backbone for our wines. Specific blocks of Malbec are picked early and sent directly to press. Along with cool fermentation, this method preserves the natural aroma and highlights the bright acidity in rosé. Our 2021 Malbec Rosé was fermented and aged in stainless steel.
