2021 Paris Valley Road Sauvignon Blanc
A rush of honeydew, apricot, and pineapple notes mingle at the energetic mid-palate. The vibrant acidity splashes the back palate with lemon zest, green apple, and passion fruit. Invigorating body with a flinty tinge, pairs with sushi, bounteous salads, or seared scallops. On the finish, momentum gathers as the flavors fuse and linger sumptuously.

Winemaker Notes
2021 is an exciting vintage for Paris Valley Road as it was the first year we used estate-grown fruit as the primary backbone for our wines. We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyard adjacent to the tasting room and combine a touch of Sémillon to give it the right amount of juiciness. We age a portion of this blend in new French oak barrels for six months and the remainder in stainless steel tanks to create a unique profile. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with less grassy and more round, fruit-forward flavors.
