Winemaker Notes
The Santa Lucia Highlands is one of the most prestigious
Chardonnay growing regions in California. For the last decade, we have
sourced grapes from Paraiso Vineyard, and the fruit consistently delivers.
At the reception, we lightly press the berries and allow them to cold settle in the
tank for several days before moving the wine to barrels of American oak for
added depth and complexity.
