2022 Caverio Founder's Collection

Paso Robles terroir meets the traditional Southern Rhone GSM blend. The 2022 Sextant Caverio continues to deliver abundant fruit textured with vigorous body. The governing grenache component delivers sumptuous raspberries, strawberries, and plums. Syrah adds spice and depth along with white pepper and blueberry notes. Mourvèdre contributes blackberries, black currants, earthy tones of sage, and tobacco. The varietals engage in flux and flow, the flavors meandering across the palate with dimension and charm.
