Winemaker Notes
With a natural and bright acidity, our Chenin Blanc is fermented and aged in a concrete tank for six months for added depth and character. For this year, we have blended in a portion of our Sauvignon Blanc wine made off of the PVR Estate vineyard to enhance the fruit profile to pair with the acid of the Chenin Blanc base wine.
