2022 Paris Valley Road Sauvignon Blanc
An exquisite first sip of limes, peaches, and kiwis, then green apples, lemongrass, and gooseberries nuzzle the mid-palate. Bright acidity frames layers of lemons, honeydew, and grapefruit to a crescendo of flavor. The quenching finish lingers with inklings of dill, green herbs, and sage.

Winemaker Notes
We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyard adjacent to the tasting room. We age a portion of this blend in new French oak barrels for six months and the remainder in stainless steel tanks to create a unique profile. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with less grassy and more round, fruit- forward flavors.
