2023 Night Watch Proprietary Red Blend
It’s all in the blend. Exuberant and harmonious at the same time, with a strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry presence on the approach. Plum sauce, molasses, and roasted, sweet fennel mingle on the mid-palate. Dried hickory, tobacco leaves, and chewy cranberries appear as well. The finish is sumptuous with fine hints of espresso and cardamom.

Night Watch captures the beauty of Paso Robles zinfandel blends, with hand-picked fruit from our estate vineyard. Each year, our goal is to balance and highlight zinfandel's elegant fruit notes, syrah's deep, rich aromas, and the bold structure of petite sirah. Each varietal is fermented and aged separately, then artfully blended to create a unique vintage.
