2023 Paris Valley Road Sauvignon Blanc
Among the Bordeaux region, it is standard protocol to offer a fresh and lively sauvignon blanc to awaken the palate before a flight of full-bodied reds. The 2023 vintage is up to the task with white peach, passion fruit, and kiwi notes on the approach, followed by lemon peels, grapefruit, and chamomile. Delightful honeydew melons, guava, and a hint of ginger arrive on the buoyant finish.

Winemaker Notes
We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyard adjacent to the tasting room. We age a portion of this blend in new French oak barrels for six months and the remainder in stainless steel tanks to create a unique profile. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with less grassy and more round, fruit- forward flavors.
