A bouquet of baking spices and vanilla welcomes the nose of our 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon as layers of dark chocolate, mole, and fruit preserves linger with a savory finish. Our 2019 Tres Bien is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, and 2% Merlot. Aged for 30 months in 100% new French oak barrels, flavors of cinnamon and butterscotch accompany deep, developed fruit of blackberry and cherry.
