This holiday season, join winemaker Doug Hidinger for an exquisite meal noting the long-awaited release of Très Bien, a beautiful, bold reserve cabernet that was barrel aged for 30 months. The menu speaks to Doug's heritage, featuring seven Japanese-inspired courses paired with our estate wines.
