Join us for an intimate paella dinner at the historic MacGregor Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards planted in the heart of Edna Valley. Chef Joe White presents a flavorful selection of tapas followed by three decadent courses, including his signature, Saffron-infused paella. Paired with Sextant Grenache Blanc and our X-Series wines Verdejo, Priorat, and Rioja, this meal is a true exploration of the wine regions of Northern Spain.
