Join us for an intimate paella dinner at the historic Old Edna Townsite beside MacGregor Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards planted in the heart of Edna Valley. Chef Joe White presents a flavorful selection of cheese and charcuterie followed by three decadent courses, including his signature, Saffron-infused paella. Paired with Sextant Grenache Blanc and our X-Series wines Verdejo, Priorat, and Rioja, this meal is a true exploration of the wine regions of Northern Spain.
