Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating craftsmanship and flavor! Indulge in an extraordinary seven-course meal during our first-ever Winemaker Cellar Dinner at our estate in Paso Robles. Exclusive to our wine club members, the evening will match culinary artistry with our finest wines inside our state-of-the-art fermentation room.
Enjoy a decadent Italian-inspired meal perfectly paired with our coveted wines, curated by Chef Joe White of Cépage. A journey through our portfolio with winemaker Alex Frost at the helm, the meal opens with our celebrated Sparkling and estate-grown Roussanne. Next, you'll compare side-by-side vintages of our Founder's Collection Caverio and Passage and our distinguished reserves, Octant and Astrolabe. The evening will close our Solera-style Genoa, a wine that spans the length of Sextant winemaking from the very beginning.
