Why is the winery and some of your wines named after Nautical Terms?

Our nautical themed brands are a nod to our love of the ocean and to the coastal influence in our vineyards located in close proximity to the Pacific Ocean.

Sextant is an old world instrument that uses the sun, stars, and the horizon to navigate across open water.

Wine is a passion for proprietor Craig Stoller. “It is a part of my life...I absolutely love this living, breathing, evolving thing called wine.”
